Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which appointments may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded when using the telemedicine services provided by Trabet Al-Rayya Medical Company.
1Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel their appointment before the scheduled consultation time.
Appointments cancelled before the consultation begins are eligible for a full refund.
2Rescheduling Appointments
Patients who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment may request to reschedule their consultation, subject to appointment availability.
3Missed Appointments
If a patient does not attend the scheduled consultation, Trabet Al-Rayya Medical Company may, at its discretion and depending on the circumstances, offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment.
4Healthcare Professional Cancellation
If the healthcare professional is unable to conduct the scheduled consultation, the patient may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A new appointment at no additional cost.
5Technical Issues
If a technical issue on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, the patient may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment.
If the technical issue originates from the patient's side, each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
6Consultation Already Started
Once the consultation has commenced, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
7Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
8Exceptional Circumstances
Trabet Al-Rayya Medical Company reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis where fairness and patient care require additional flexibility.
